Re-Active is a 30-day detox program that anyone can do and can do whenever you feel the need. The key words of the re-active program are: meal planning and muscle reactivation.

The Re-Active program is based on some fundamental rules
  • Drink lots of water away from meals, especially hot drinks and herbal teas to regenerate the body;
  • Have breakfast like a prince, lunch like a king and dinner like a pauper to rearrange your meals;
  • reverse the order of foods, starting first with proteins which are essential, then vegetables which are always abundant, fats and finally carbohydrates which are optional;
  • chew slowly and give priority to warm foods to restore good digestion and aid metabolism;
  • introduce good fats such as olive oil, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, ghee, flaxseed oil, quality nuts to produce energy and decrease the use of carbohydrates;
  • use the fruit as a snack, maximum 2 per day various;
  • vary and rotate proteins continuously; never eat the same one on the same day;
  • always change your meals;
  • alternate the colors on the plate;
  • do physical activity to reactivate your body.

The program does not contemplate grams and calories; do not forget that we are talking about lifestyle, rather, focus on the quality of foods and putting them in order. Remember that your plate must be divided into three: in particular, 50% of the composition of the plate must be dedicated to vegetables, 25% to proteins and the other 25% to whole grains.

Let's see together what the NO foods are:
  • sugars of all kinds;
  • foods containing gluten and flour;
  • chocolate;
  • coffee;
  • tomatoes and aubergines;
  • legumes;
  • sausages;
  • alcohol;
  • carbonated and sugary drinks;
  • dairy products, except for yogurt, preferably Greek, and 36-month-old Parmigiano Reggiano;
  • sweets and baked goods;
  • junk food.
The YES foods are:
  • proteins;
  • vegetables and will;
  • Greek yogurt and 36-month parmesan cheese;
  • fruit;
  • good fats such as olive oil, coconut oil, ghee to always combine in the dish;
  • oil seeds without exaggerating;
  • pecans, macadamia nuts, Amazon nuts, almonds;
  • superfoods;
  • spices;
  • cereals that do not naturally contain gluten;
  • rice, preferably basmati, black or brown, quinoa, buckwheat, millet and corn.
What does the Re-active program consist of?

During the first week of the program, dedicate two Re-active days to cleansing the body by organizing meals based on the foods you can include. In the second week, dedicate four days to Re-active. In the third week you will do 6 days and in the fourth and final week all 7 days will be dedicated to Re-active.

In the Re-Active program, hydration of the body, tired from eating sweets, plays a fundamental role. The liver, together with the kidneys, is the main responsible for eliminating toxins in our body. It becomes a priority to eat a healthy and correct diet in its purifying function, always choosing seasonal foods; in particular, foods rich in vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C, those rich in iron and zinc are precious. For a purifying action and to reduce inflammation, it is necessary to regenerate the body, treating it daily with hot water and unsweetened herbal teas.

Green light to mint tea rich in vitamin C, vitamin A and vitamin D that contributes to the purification of the body by facilitating digestion and ensuring that excess toxins are eliminated. Green tea, rich in antioxidants, is useful for stimulating the metabolism. Herbal tea based on dandelion, milk thistle are precious for purifying the body. Infusion based on fennel or artichoke are very useful for stimulating and facilitating digestion. Herbal tea with ginger and turmeric have anti-inflammatory properties. Infusion with licorice and anise to deflate the belly. In this regard, you can indulge yourself by asking for advice at a herbalist's shop or at your trusted parapharmacy.
