FITNESS PLUS training program
– Purchase the monthly or quarterly plan.
– Access more than 200 video workouts already available from your personal area using your credentials, you don't need a Facebook profile.
– Here is the overview of your library. Train whenever you want with flexibility, determination and energy, following the video workouts.
– Access the private Facebook group and train with the TEAM in the 3 weekly updates and get involved in Giò's volcanic energy.
– Equipment used: ankle weights, glute band, elastic band, softball, step, 2 tennis balls, foam roller, dumbbells minimum 2kg for the shoulders and 3kg for the arms.
