Let me introduce myself

I am Giovanna Dallari, personal trainer and fitness instructor. A competitive athlete for 20 years in swimming and water polo, my passion for sport led me to graduate in motor sciences. Until 2020 I worked at various fitness centers and with the arrival of covid I also had to reorganize my professional life.

My mission has always been to help women achieve the body they dream of, transmitting to them energy, determination and love for themselves. Training together makes the difference. This is why I created my online programs starting from scratch and getting back into the game at the age of 45.
